Retail Marketing Associate

As a Retail Marketing Coordinator at Pomelo you will:

• Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and concepts to drive in store traffic, brand love and awareness.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail team to ensure monthly in store traffic targets are met and exceeded.
• Be the gatekeeper of in store communication working closely with the Creative and Content and Visual Merchandising teams.
• Work with in-mall Marketing teams to ensure placements such as in-mall media, OOH, social media, event participation etc for all Pomelo stores, when applicable.
• Ensure an effective O2O marketing strategy is in place, communicating in the Pomelo value proposition in the most effective way.
• Coordinate the marketing of any promotional activity, working closely with the Campaign marketing team.
• Work closely with the Partnerships team to drive in store partnership, both always on and for special events.
• Project Manage and collaborate with PR, Retail and Marketing teams on any in store activations, VIP shopping experiences and in mall events that elevate and showcase our brand.s

• Passionate, think outside the box and keen to create stories and experiences in store that will wow our customers.
• A great Project manager: Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders will be key to making your ideas come to life.
• Able to think strategically and commercially when coming up with traffic driving initiatives.
• An excellent communicator with good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Responsible and able to excel in a fast paced environment.
• Have a minimum 2 years experience in a related or similar role.
• Bangkok based, with the ability to work from our Bangkok HQ (hybrid) and visit stores as required.
