Job Description
  • Take and record bookings via telephone, email, and deal promptly with all enquiries
  • Keep up to date and accurate all bookings in system and follow up any guest special request and communicate to all concerns
  • Creating database and updating regular guests profile
  • Be always willing to offer assistance with guests if needed
  • To carry out any reasonable request made by the management
  • Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees
Qualifications
  • Experience in FB service
  • Good Communication in English
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking ability
