What Youll Do

• Analyze employee and customer data to deliver powerful insights that help top organizations in Thailand solve their most pressing business challenges
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to design research solutions, prepare compelling presentations and support client engagements that drive real change
• Grow your expertise in workplace analytics, behavioral economics and Gallups science-based methodologies through hands-on project work and mentorship

What You Need

• Bachelors degree required; preferred programs are mathematics, data analytics, business, engineering, economics, statistics or a similar field
• At least two years of relevant research work experience required
• Full native Thai fluency and basic proficiency in English required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallups Thailand office at least three days a week required
• Eligibility to work in Thailand required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
