  • รับผิดชอบงาน Bancassurance Academy ในการวางแผนเพื่อทำ Gap Analysis ในการจัดทำแผนการพัฒนาและฝึกอบรมที่เหมาะสมให้แก่พนักงานกลุ่ม Insurance Specialist และ พนักงานสาขา เพื่อให้สามารถนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันภัยและประกันชีวิตได้อย่างถูกต้อง
  • ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันภัยและประกันชีวิต (Hard Skill) ของบริษัทพันธมิตรทั้ง AIA BLA และ BKI รวมทั้ง พัฒนาทักษะการนำเสนอและการรับมือข้อโต้แย้ง (Soft Skill) ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้าแต่ละกลุ่ม และสอดคล้องกับ Market Conduct
  • ประสานงานจัดหาวิทยากรจากภายนอกกับบริษัทพันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น AIA BLA และ BKI รวมทั้งประสานกับหน่วยงานภายในของธนาคาร เช่น ทีม People Development ผู้จัดการภาค และพนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นต้น

คุณสมบัติ

  • ป.ตรีขึ้นไป ด้านบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน Training
  • มีความสามารถในการจับใจความและสื่อความ
  • มีทักษะ Presentation และ Coaching
  • ประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม
  • มี IC License / ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันชีวิต/ประกันภัยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีความสนใจในการเงินและการลงทุนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
