**AVP Strategic **Sourcing** Services - Digital Business Services**: **GCB6** **Principal responsibilities** - Lead and manage Marketing and Public Affair purchasing team and act as an individual contributor to provide support and co-work with Asia Pacific sites and counterparts. - Attain market intelligence and recommend users on the best solution / alternative to fulfill their demand and requirement. - Develop and engage new potential source of supply that offers superior quality and total cost of ownership to the Bank. - Maintain a sound and reliable supplier base by constant reviewing of supplier performance and supplier relationship management. - Negotiate and conclude commercial deals with business partners that offer the most value-for-money, the least risk and the best quality of product and services to the business. - Ensure that all procurement activities and process comply with Group Third Party Management Policy and Corporate Sustainable. - Commit and achieve annual cost savings allocation by exploring and implementing cost saving solutions.
