**Title**: Legal Manager **Salary**: Negotiable (please specify expected salary in your resume) Specifications Thai nationality - Master or Bachelors degree in Law - A minimum of 7 years experience as a corporate legal service. - Proven background on corporate law - Able to prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment - Good organizational skills to meet deadlines, daily and client requirements. - Team player and can guide associates. - Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach. - Outstanding administrative skills, managerial skills, negotiating and interpersonal skills - Eager to learn, open-minded and dynamic. - Good English communication skills, both verbally and in writing; and - Microsoft office skill Job description - Experience in working with various corporate structures to advice on variety of transactions. - Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents, including administer all contracts. - Client service experience with the ability to consult and advice clients on company formation, service legal agreements, shareholder agreements & structures and other corporate service requirements. - Dealing with authorities (Department of Business Development, Board of Investment and other government agencies). - Mentor and able to arrange training workshops. - Providing supervision to team members with corporate legal services. - Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking environment. **Why join PKF Thailand**: Learn from our business leaders and experts.
