Web3 Community Manager

We are committed to producing superior NFTs in order to match the expectations of our community. **The Role** We are searching for a Community Manager who is highly collaborative, a good listener, approachable and organized, and who has excellent communication abilities to drive community engagement, connections, and collaborations. You will also be expected to assist in the recruitment of potential members who are a good fit for our community based on the values they can bring. Your primary responsibility will be to use social media to engage with our community in order to generate buzz about new developments and keep everyone informed, engaged, and excited. The NFT industry moves quickly. This is an ideal role for a quick learner who can quickly absorb and consolidate information before sharing it with the rest of the world in an engaging manner. You will interact with the NFT community through a variety of channels, including Twitter, Discord, and other social media platforms, and you must be linguistically fluent. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage a specific community channel such as Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any other channel that the department may assign - Classify community members based on specifications set forth by the department, and get them within a sub-group in the community - Plan and implement community engagement activities which shall include, but are not limited to, games, raffles, and others; - Implement incubation activities to prepare community members for a future purchase, and ensure that members are funneled in accordance with the strategy set forth by the department. - Work along with the marketing management plan to get a targeted high conversation rate - Lead sales and other revenue-generating efforts within the assigned community - Provide the Marketing Director with inputs, guidance, and advice on issues related to community engagement within the channel assigned; and - Perform any such other tasks assigned by the Marketing Director related to Community Engagement. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Fluent English and/or Mandarin fluency is preferred, but not required - Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, or the arts and social sciences, or relevant work experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Discord is preferred. - Excellent knowledge of community-building KPIs **Salary**: ฿25,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelors Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - NFT: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred)
