We are committed to producing superior NFTs in order to match the expectations of our community. **The Role**: We need someone who is familiar with Twitter/Discord or other social media or community-building platforms in order to raise awareness of our brand and project. This position will collaborate closely with the Founder and other team members. We require someone who has demonstrated experience driving traffic to cryptocurrency-related projects. We need someone to create a marketing strategy to drive traffic to our project. Using social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Discord to gain members and increase our chances of a sell-out. We are looking for someone with NFT experience and who has done NFT marketing strategy in the past. The job will entail carrying out the plan you create, as well as managing our social media accounts and assisting us in finding collaborations for our project. The Head of Marketing role reports to the PM and is a cross-functional Marketing position encompassing all marketing disciplines, so it will suit a strong all-rounder with experience working in a rapid scale-up environment. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join an exciting growth company in the NFT and blockchain space and have a significant impact on the companys success. **Responsibilities** - Create marketing strategies for the Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative teams. - Create a strong and distinct brand position and narrative for Mintable that supports the team initiative of the business through campaign execution, strategic direction, media planning, creative development, market research, and vendor management. - Create department KPIs that contribute to business objectives. - Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan - Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets - Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics - Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV, and retention - Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications - Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors - Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes - Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors - Set, monitor, and report on team objectives. - Take over the entire marketing function. - Follow trends, lead performance marketing and social media teams in the execution of online marketing campaigns, use metrics-driven measurements to deliver the best results, and optimize for ROU and budget in each marketing channel. - In charge of leading and optimizing our CRM initiatives. **Qualification** - Outstanding knowledge of crypto communities - Outstanding communication abilities - At least 5 years of marketing experience with a diverse marketing mix, management consulting experience, or customer/financial-focused product experience is required. - A passion for NFT/Defi is a big plus! - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a focus on goals and performance. - A product or marketing function has driven consumer growth and engagement in large consumer internet companies. - Has a proven track record of functional leadership. - Process-oriented thinking combined with strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mind that thrives on challenges. - Self-motivated to prioritize, manage, and meet critical project deadlines. - Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Product Strategy, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Research, Customer Insights, and Analytics are all technical skills. **Salary**: ฿40,000.00 - ฿80,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelors Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - NFT: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred)
