Our client is a company from Japan looking for an HR Manager for RHQ to support their business in Asian countries. - Handling work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations in ASEAN countries. - Promoting and enhancing the framework for group companies in ASEAN countries. - Enhancing the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. - Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems for group companies. - Providing counseling on HR policies and procedures of group companies. - Being actively involved in assisting performance management processes of group companies. - Developing training and development programs. - Responding to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and providing assistance. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors Degree or higher, major in Business Administration, especially in Human Resources. - At least 10 years of experience in Human resources management thorough developing policies and managing procedures. - Handling end-to-end HR projects and operations. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Advanced level of English Ability. - Advanced skills of Excel / Word / Power Point - Experience on HR databases & systems
