Report to: Supply Chain Manager Job Function: Supply Chain A Typical Day - Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. - Responsible for managing of all sales orders and delivery timelines for B2B and D2C - Ensuring proactive communication to resolving inquiries from internal SOP/warehouse and transportation team. - Optimise inventory readiness and order fulfilment to ensure maximum sales can be realised. - Ensure the warehouse and transportation operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, monitoring and managing operation goals. - Implement and administer procedures to enhance operations. - Review KPIs with 3PL warehouse and transportation.
