岗位职责
1.与业务团队紧密合作,理解其需求和挑战,为其提供相应的人力资源解决方案。
2.负责ไทย(Thai)区域的工厂从筹建期到运营期的人力资源规划,包括招聘、培训、员工关系、文化融合等。
3.协助制定并实施ไทย(Thai)区域的人力资源策略,确保其与公司的整体战略相一致。
4.为对应区域的员工提供职业发展规划和咨询,帮助员工实现个人和组织目标。
5.监控并评估对应区域的人力资源效能,提出改进建议并推动实施。
6.与总部和其他区域的人力资源团队保持密切沟通,分享经验和实践。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源、心理学、商业管理等相关专业。
2. 至少4年以上HRBP工作经验,有ไทย(Thai)本土工作经验&熟悉ตลาดไทย(Thai Market)的优先考虑。
3.具备良好的沟通和协调能力,能够与不同部门和层级的员工有效合作。
4.熟悉人力资源管理和业务流程,能够独立处理复杂的人力资源问题。
5.具备战略思维,能够将人力资源策略与公司战略相结合。
6.优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力,对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
7.能够适应快速变化的环境,具备创新思维和学习能力。
8. 具备ภาษาจีน-ไทย(Chinese&Thai)口语交流能力优先。
