Responsibilities

  • To count the number of pallets at the Buffer Stock location daily

  • To submit a daily report on the transfer of pallets from the Buffer Stock to suppliers (Chep & Loscam)

  • To record equipment control documents (ECD) for transfer on and off in the 2ic system daily

  • To log data for pallet exchanges between the DC and Makro branches daily

  • To store ECD documents daily

  • To reconcile invoices and track equipment control documents (ECD) with weekly reports; follow up on Unilever on-off weekly reports

  • To prepare weekly Loscam pallet movement reports

  • To coordinate and communicate with suppliers (Chep & Loscam)

  • To perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Experienced in Warehouse Operation background is preferrable
  • Good communication in Thai
  • Able to understand in English is desirable
  • Skilled in computer literacy (Micorsoft Office)
