**What we offer** **Data Profiler and Analyst** Responsible for reviewing, processing and analyzing large amounts of data related to customers, i.e., demographic, income, competitive landscape, and revenue. This includes data profiling, trending, and monitoring. The individual will use reporting and data comparison tools to analyze large data sets. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Responsible for complex analysis of business problems - Reviews, process, and analyze large amounts of information related to customer service and revenue. Combine data from multiple sources (Excel files, flat files, etc.) into integrated views that can be used to drive analysis and be summarized for executive decision making - Designs queries and manipulates large volumes of data to create reports to identify and interpret trends. - Delivers visual metrics and insights based on detailed analysis of emerging trends, business performance, and key metrics - Develops strong knowledge of business processes across the organization in order to provide relevant insights and recommendations to the team. - Partners with internal business partners to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights - Builds analytical tools, user friendly reports and ad-hoc analyses to support and enable operations teams - Stays abreast of latest research methodologies and leverage these techniques to address key business issues **COMPETENCIES**: - Ability to push conventional thinking to drive change and innovation - Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations - Ability to solve complex practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists - Knowledge and skill in extracting and analyzing data - Experience with statistics, data science, and developing insights from data - Solid understanding of the use and interpretation of graduate level multivariate statistics and sampling methods - Good understanding on Data, Data Profiling, Analysing the data to decide and propose various business decisions - Liaises with the business to capture, detail and fulfill business requirements - Manages strategic relationship with business with oversight of a portfolio of products - Details and provides requirements, data and use case analysis - Understands the key business processes for functions they support - Supports the business in creating Functional Requirement understanding documents, suitable training documentation to help business and project Development team **We are SAP** **Our inclusion promise** SAPs culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
