The Deputy Maintenance Manager supports in leading and managing all depot and on site activities in relation to the scope of delivery. **Organisation Structure** Services Organization Thailand, Pink and Yellow Lines Maintenance **Organisational Reporting** Direct report line to: Maintenance Manager **Key Network & Links** Maintenance Supervisors Engineering Manager HSE Officer Training Officer Maintenance Planner Materials Coordinator Quality Manager Maintenance Technicians PY Project Team **Performance Measurement** On time Delivery Maintenance schedule Adherence SLA Adherence Zero Accidents Efficient Resources Allocation **Responsibilities** - Leading the Safety culture required to ensure Zero LTAs - Support the Maintenance Manager in all aspects of the scope of delivery - Ensure workloads are efficiently assigned to complete the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and inspections of the subsystems under Alstom scope of work in a timely fashion - Responsible for service activity on subsystems including installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing and repair. - The day to day delivery of the Contractual Obligations to the Customer. - Act as second in command of the Maintenance Manager in the depots. - Support the Leadership, Strategy and Direction of the Maintenance execution Team - Ensure all Maximo records are keep updated and with the required level of information to ensure traceability of information. - Support the Maintenance Manager for managing the maintenance execution team, Health and Safety processes in order to achieve and maintain a safe and efficient working environment - Deliver the agreed maintenance and service schedule and plan to ensure the trains in the depots are ready for use and despatched in line with the customer requirements. - Ensuring that Maintenance activities are carried out in timely, logical and cost-effective manners and follow the project Maintenance requirements. - Provide technical/engineering field support on site to the maintenance supervisors and maintenance technicians. **Experience** - 5 to 7 years experience in Maintenance Management, Rolling stock T&C Management and Overhaul Management, Depot Equipment Delivery and/or Maintenance, Track Switches Delivery and/or Maintenance - Experience in delivering complex railway projects or/and monorail projects would be and advantage - Engineering experience in railways would be an advantage - Experience in QHSE site based requirements - People Management and Leadership Skills - Excellent communication skills **Educational Requirements** Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrows mobility.
