Thailand- BangkokAs a Personal Assistant, you will support the General Manager and the Finance and Supply Chain Director of the Area Asia Offices in their day to day tasks and business matters related to the Area (China, Korea and Japan) as well as related to the project to build and start up Lotus Bakeries third factory in Thailand. La poste en détail - You will support the General Manager and the Finance & Supply Chain Director of Area Asia Offices by setting up appointments, calls, agenda management and organizing and setting up meetings with internal and external partners. - You will be responsible for making travel and accomodation arrangements. - You will perform adminsitrative tasks like the management of the expense reports, holiday reports, etc. - You will be responsible for office and admin vendors and contract management, keeping all the contracts updated, valid and uploaded. - You will ensure the office is a great place to work by making sure everything is well organized and clean, and you will be responsible for the office supply and stationary order and management. - Next to that, you will support the set up of the regional office and set/build up of the factory project. These tasks can be related to the office (for example set up of our own office), ICT (for example hardware and support to set up of software with HQ and local support company), HR fundamentals, Finance or Supply chain related admin tasks, etc. Profil - You have a solid experience (8-10 years) as Personal Assistant or a secretary supporting role where you were in close contact with General Managers and Directors in an international environment. - You have experience working with Expats or in a start-up company as well as project management experience are strong assets. - You are fluent in Thai and English. - You are a pro-active team player who can work independently and give support at the same time. - You have strong communication skills and you are well organized and strong in admin related tasks. - You are a positive and solution-oriented thinker who likes a challenge and change. - You have a hands-on mentality.
