They are: - Customer - Your Problem is My Problem - Yesterdays Best is Todays Baseline - Think Big, Start Small - Do More With Less - Stay Ground - Be an Owner **About The Role** **Title of position: Listing Operation Executive** **Location of work: Wework (THE PARQ)** **This role is reporting into: Sales Operation Manager** **What Will You Do** **Responsibilities**: - Support listing team as a gatekeeper before list product to customer - Manage listings on Carsome website and 3rd party platforms (if any) i.e. list, delist, update listing info/status on a daily basis. - Ensure listing data accuracy (Car detail, Car price, Condition, photo, car document, - Location, inspection & Imperfection report) - Coordinate with Internal and external teams to ensure the listing data readiness/correctness on a daily basis. - Knowledge Automobile category **What Will You Need** **Job Requirements**: - Bachelors degree in any related filed - Good attention to detail - Highly organized - Excellent communication skills - Familiar with computer program e.g., MS Word, Excel, Google Sheet, ERP - Service-minded and good attitude. - Willingness to work independently and as part of a team. - Job Related/ Technical Competency: Product Listing / E-commerce / Automotive listing - Understand in English languages. **Whats In It for You** **Benefits**: - Competitive compensation package including Health Insurance (IPD, OPD, Dental). - Provident Fund. - Social Security. - Annual leave 14 Days. - Birthday leave 1 Day. - Bonus (Based on Company Performance). **What Will You be Part of** Meet, collaborate, and flex your skills alongside talented and driven problem solvers from all walks of life.
