ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - To ensure that the production levels and results are provided to customers (countries) as per agreed. - To perform quality control activities based on the established guidelines to ensure all data are accurately validated. - To coordinate to schedule all households that require technical intervention or contact to address any technical problem, behavioral issue or low performance, ensuring that the relevant information is passed on to schedule (to vendor, field technician, help desk, etc.). - To guarantee that the information in the system (HHMasters/Panel Management Systems) is up to date and accurate on an on-going basis. - Responsible for maintenance of main/secondary production statuses, maintaining up-to-date and accurate demographics for all active households/individuals in the sample, to check daily consistency - between the channel map used and the ones distributed by the broadcasting stations / cable providers, as well as the exact representation of channels coverage in the operating sample, carry out defined activities relating to the annual characteristics survey and/or coincidental survey. - Ability to analyze data from various sources to make informed decisions on the resolution or escalation of issues. - Assist in escalation of the issues that needs further action/contact to the HelpDesk or field teams for resolution. - QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS - Minimum 2-year experience in a production or related field. Working experience in areas of data analysis are preferred. - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight delivery deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Commitment and attitude: dedication to the team and organization, enthusiasm for adding value, and his/her ability to act effectively without guidance. - Attention to details: Ability to pay attention to the detail and ensure the quality of the output. - Results oriented: ability to be relied upon to meet goals, targets, and daily tasks within required timeframes. - Ability to work on extended hours and/or on weekends, if required by business. - #LI-LV1 As the arbiter of truth, Nielsen Global Media fuels the media industry with unbiased, reliable data about what people watch and listen to.
