Job Title: Nutrition Market Insight ID & SEA Lead Location: Thailand **Background**: The Market Insight CMI Lead for Nutrition is a key role within the SEA CMI Nutrition team. In order to enable our ambitious growth agenda, the MI lead will be the crucial lynchpin to spot growth opportunities, by channel/country/category/cohort and measure our performance to identify opportunities to sharpen our 6P levers and actions to harness growth. The focus of the delivery of this team will be driven by key business needs to ensure our insights get acted upon in order to unlock transformational growth for the business. We will use a combination of tools/techniques/skills - Pricing, Predictive Analytics, Channel and Brand Tracking Insights etc **About the Role**: The person should have strong analytical skills and be detailed oriented as they will need to identify growth opportunities using a variety of different data sources (continuous market data, primary & secondary research) across the SEA region. This role will need to pro-actively look for business opportunities and find creative ways to deliver insights both, alone as part of the broader SEA & ID Nutrition CMI team and also together with agency partners. A critical part of the role is to drive insights into actions in the business and influencing strategic presentations. **Key Accountabilities**: - Integrate multiple data sources (continuous sources) to help understand the actions required - across all the marketing 6 Ps. - Need to work with Retail, Consumer panel and Brand tracking, PDC & other Data sources, integrating these seamlessly with Commerce & Channel information to create Meta-analysis for growth insights. Land and drive actions to unlock growth. - Leverage multiple data sources (both publicly available and paid studies (e.g.Mintel, Euromonitor etc.) to ensure our business stays future-fit - Partnering with CSP to work with distribution opportunity analysis, shopper insights and other shopper studies to enable category growth through tracking data, category thought leadership & ad-hoc shopper research. - Work with ETS/I&A/HIVE to automate reporting systems. - Landing access and training of market & brand related data & systems on a pan country basis. **Primary Interfaces**: - CMI Director Nutrition SEA - Nutrition SEA ID GM - Nutrition LT SEA - Nutrition SEA CSP Lead - Nutrition SEA Strategy Lead - Global Nutrition CMI Team - CMI Market Leads across SEA - Nielsen / KWP/KMB/ETS/Data Suppliers /Livewire **Requirements**: - Experience with Nielsen RMS / Kantar World Panel / Kantar Millward Brown - 4+years of work experience, ideally in FMCG inside based environment - Superior presentation skills both written and verbal - Fluent English proficiency - Strong Analytical skills - Detail Orientated
