**Job Description**: - Implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants. - Implemention recruitment activities. - Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns. - Design artwork and content for recruitment channel. - Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry. - Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels. - Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, HRM or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or Recruitment. - Passion for online advertising, social media and content creation. - Experience from the creative field is an advantage. - Knowledge and understanding of online media advertising. - Experience in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage. - Initiative, Open-Minded, Responsible, Detail-oriented and Proactive. - Can-do attitude, Go beyond and Be innovative - Strong communication & interpersonal skills and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
