**About our group**: Global Financial Solutions provides exceptional transactional and decision-support accounting activities, at optimal cost, using relevant resources and processes for Seagate Finance and its business partners. **About the role - you will**: - Responsible for the rebate program calculation. - Review revenue transaction for proper revenue recognition. - Participate in monthly and quarterly close activities including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, flux analyses, and related reporting and disclosures. - Ensure Financial Transactions are complied with Company Policies/Procedure, GAAP, and SOX control as well. - Partner with cross-functional business partners to support special projects related to revenue initiatives, including system implementation and process improvements. **About you**: - Able to work under pressure, deadlines - Strong feeling for and enjoys working with numbers and data - Be a team player and fast learner - Good command of English **Your experience includes**: - Knowledge in accounting functions - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - Experience working with Oracle and SAP S4/HANA - Bachelors and/or equivalent experience **Location**: Home to 4,000+ employees, our Teparuk site produces nano-recording heads, a crucial component of the read/write functionality of a hard disk drive.
