Our client is a listed property management company. To support their business, they are looking for a Senior Facilities Management Manager to join their team. **Responsibilities**: - Controlling P&L and budget. - Supervising Property Managers in each area (6 provinces: Warehouses and Plants in Industrial park). - Ensuring all Engineering such as Maintenance, renovation finished in time and within budget. - Reviewing and monitoring Property Management reports. - Ensuring rules & regulations between clients and their company. - Keeping a good relationship with tenants. - Managing team subordinates to ensure work performance & KPI. - Performing other tasks as assigned. **Qualifications** - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of work experience in Industrial property management (Warehouses or plants). - Able to use AutoCAD (basic knowledge of SAP is preferable). - Good interpersonal, multi-tasking, analytical, team management skills. - Good command of English.
