Consolidate strategy for medium term plan and annual plan of the industry under supervision. Drive improvement and help industry leaders formulate strategy which will drive sustainable growth for SCG Chemicals. Perform necessary activities for joint-venture, partnership and project investment including assumptions verification, valuation, business model/structure, business analysis and project management.
