Every day we reimagine beauty, discover new brands, and influence positive change_. _Data plays a big role in that_._ As our Logistics Manager, you lead the logistics team and manage all Logistics end to end Operations from inbound freight, the 3PL warehouse and in-house e-commerce warehouse operations including distribution to stores and the business to customer (B2C) deliveries. Get ready to think creatively, work strategically, and make your mark at a leading global retailer. **You will shine here if you enjoy** - ** Managing Warehouse and operation**:Building relationship with the 3PL in charge of Warehousing. Coordinates and communicates business requirements (volumes, SLAs) and standards to 3PL, and ensures their successful execution. Monitors daily performance, validates action plans to cope with activity (OT, extra shifts). Ensure and guarantees accuracy of DC stocks and flows in SAP and the 3PL WMS. Generates specific flows impacting DC stocks (stock transfers, returns to warehouse from stores). Manages the Digital in-house Warehouse - **Managing Inbound Freight**:Building relationship with Freight forwarders : operations (instructions for shipment pick-up, tracking status), review service levels, financial controlling, contract management (performance review - leads quarterly performance review). Monitors compliance of processes with customs and regulatory rules. Manages claims and incident (if any) - ** Managing Distribution to stores**:Oversees distribution operations from warehouse to stores: planning coordination, management of issues, invoice check. Proposes / implement/Improvement changes when needed **We would love to hear from you if** - You have 10+ years of experience in Logistics, ideally in retail including eCommerce, if not in FMCG - Youre a good team leader who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including Senior management - You enjoy working in fast paced environment and under pressure - You have strong interpersonal skills (listening, negotiation, conflict management) - You are hands-on and solution-oriented. - You have good command of spoken and written English Sephora SEA was created through the combination of the Sephoras retail business in South East Asia and Luxola, a Singaporean start-up that broke new frontiers in ecommerce regionally.
