Provide IT consultations for users. Troubleshoot, analyse, diagnose and solve all IT-related issues. Monitor and manage networking infrastructure such as local area network (LAN), wireless network, backup systems, IP phone systems and internet. Prepare and install IT hardware and accessories for users. Set up and manage IP phone system accounts. Participate in IT disaster recovery procedures and processes. Assist the IT Director in all matters as required. Participate in on-call rotation outside of office hours as required. Requirements. Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field. New graduates are welcome. Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment. Time and project management skills, and an ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Presentation skills. Able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
