Experience in HRIS or MIS. Passion in computer literacy and support system. Good at managing and implementing project. Key Responsibility. Manage setting job position, hierarchy and structure in people system according to request. Maintains and develops custom reports to meet the requirements. Support the development and implementation of various modules on People System to support business requirement (Thai and Malaysia). Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HR processes, functionality and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes. Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS, and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools. Qualifications. Passion in computer literacy and ability to work with system. At least 5 years of experience in HRIS systems, either System Support or Project Management. Good at managing project. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and work with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
