Associate, Strategic PMO-lazpay

Location: **Thailand** - Department: eCommerce Platform- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction: - Lazada Pay is a new business unit with the goal of helping Lazada venture into the fintech space to enhance the overall platform user experience as well as capture new revenue streams.The Strategic PMO role will support the implementation of planned Lazada Pay product features and enhancements, ranging from user journey / promotional tool enhancements to deploying new financial products. Key tasks include planning out the project timeline, coordinating with relevant business units, and resolving tech and non-tech issues to ensure timely product/feature launch.**Responsibilities**: - Lead project management initiatives, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team - members to various deliverables through collaboration with other departments. - Draft internal policies and processes for new and improving existing projects either for digital payment/financial products or loyalty program. - Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting the standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines - Manage launch progress, execution and synchronize stakeholders across workstream and stakeholders e.g. product development, marketing, business & partnership development. - Review and refine overall LazPay strategy, including the identification of new business opportunities and the business expansion approach through product and partnerships. - Support the development and execution of a go-to-market (GTM) strategy which fits product value propositions and target groups including financial projections, marketing campaign, key communication/distribution channel, incentives design, etc. aligned with business targets. - Support identification of new business opportunities to grow and expand business through product development, partnerships etc. - Responsible for achieving all project KPIs and targets - Conduct analysis, reports, decks, and high-level insights for management presentations. **Job Requirements** - Requirements/Qualifications(must have): - Bachelors degree or higher in business, economics, engineering or related fields - 3+ years experiences in business, consulting, strategy, project management or relevant fields - Experience and passion for ecommerce as well as financial technology or loyalty program - Strong communication and presentation skills - Strong business acumen and analytical skill, able to identify opportunities/problem from data Requirements/Qualifications(good to have): - Worked in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deal with ambiguity - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective prioritization - Good written and verbal communication in Thai and English
