Our client is a leader of specialty chemical distribution, equipment manufacturing, custom resin packaging, and formulation. The company has grown into one of the largest distributors for specialty chemicals in the world and has developed unique technologies and operating strategies in the manufacturing sector. **Responsibilities**: - Making all payment vouchers (Cash, Cheque, Transfer) and sending bank remittance to suppliers. - Making oversea payment transactions via UOB. - Recording accrued invoices, and petty cash into Windspeed and Excel. - Making reports and submitting PND 1,3,53 PND 1n, PP30, PND90, PND91, and PT40 to the Revenue Department. - Handling Bank Reconciliation Statements to match with the payment vouchers. - Supporting documents to supplier (VLK Affidavit, PP.20, Payment schedule, etc). - Adjusting purchase tax to match between GL and PP.30. - Creating AP Monthly reports. - Calculating personal income tax (Staff and Commission) - Coordinating externally. - Note : The company currently uses the Windspeed Program. **Qualifications**: - New Grad are welcome to apply - Female - Bachelors Degree in Accounting. - Fair-Good Command of English (Writing/Reading) - Able to use Microsoft Excel. - Has own car is a plus **Benefits** - Fixed bonus 1 month + Variable bonus - Diligence allowance THB 500 month - Travel allowance - Group Insurance - Provident Fund 5% - Annual health check - Social security - Annual Leave 6 days/year
