Corporate Communication Manager

**i-Tail Corporation Public Company Limited** **Position : Corporate Communication Manager** **Job Responsibility**: - Create company literature/message and other forms of communication. - Oversee and manage ITC messaging to create positive impact to the company. - Maintain key message houses and develop new message houses as required. - Create corporate materials including ITC souvenirs/materials, ITC New Year Greeting Card - Organize and maintain corporate sponsorships. - Create copywriting, edit, proofread, and revise communications in Thai and English - Work with Business Unit Head to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget. - Create leadership communication, e.g., CEO message, leadership message. - Write employee communications, briefing documents, announcements, presentations and executive speeches. - Develop fresh story ideas derived from the company to promote internally. - Prepare briefing materials - Manage information for internal communications, including photo library and publications. - Manage and maintain companys media (e.g., website, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) both on engagement and activities. - Cooperate with various departments to prepare and feed ITCs news regularly to maintain Goodview and Corporate Image - Provide internal communications within the company and engage with the global team. - Responsible for crisis management communication. **Job Specification**: - Bachelors degree (minimum) in a related field is required. - 5+ years professional experience in impactful communications roles supporting globally focused organizations, preferably in the corporate and internal communications. - Significant experience initiating and driving the analytical and creative process contributing to meaningful, innovative communication strategies. - Successful experience in working effectively at senior levels of a large organization and a proven ability to provide guidance and direction to peers. - On the ground media relations experience with ability to communicate clearly as a company spokesperson when required. - Proven creative & proactive work references. **Benefits and Welfare**: - Bonus - Provident Fund - Diligence allowance - Annual health check program - Group insurance - Medical allowance - Other allowance (Company policy) - Expense allowance and pension allowance - Uniform - Training Course - Gymnasium - Travelling allowance / Recreation activities **Work Date**: Monday to Friday **Work Location**: Office Bangkok : 979/92-94 29 Floor, S.M.Tower, Phaholyothin Road,Phayathai Sub-district, Phayathai, Bangkok 10400 **Contact**:022980443 #1120 #1115
