The vacation lifestyle is yours to explore with Anantara and affiliated destinations, from one exotic locale to the next, for your family today and generations to come. **Job Description**: **Position Overview**: To serve the growing needs of the business and our colleagues by: - Using business intelligence tools and varying data sources to compile data to support business decisions - Preparing and analysing both scheduled and ad hoc reports in both Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI, formats for the Commercial team - Assist commercial team by providing relevant market intelligence and performance information both internal and external within and beyond the industry - Support other Commercial functions with reporting and analysis upon request - Support new hotel and other partners pricing strategies and points conversion ratios - Audit data integrity from systems and reports **Key Responsibilities**: Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. AVC employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Additional works can be given by the direct supervisor as needed for the business. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: **Commercial Analysis Usage** - Weekly performance update to Commercial team - Generate monthly forecast summary to present and/or distribute to Commercial Team - Update figures for monthly and quarterly KPIs for Commercial Team - Assist Commercial team with data and analysis - Monitor portfolio performance from different angles to detect opportunities or threats - Audit numbers reported on various available tools to ensure data quality and integrity across systems **Commercial Campaign Creation** - Ensure regular campaigns are being created - Monitor and track the performance of campaigns - Maintain reporting and analysis for future use and comparison **Qualifications**: **Requirements**: - Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all times - Conduct business honestly and fairly.
