Provide worldwide administrative support to lots having wafer map issue in different platforms. Ensure that hold lots due to wafer map issue shall be released within 24 hours. Provide assistance on wafer map and SE Probe issues. Qualification - Any 3-year course related to computer or information technology and administration - Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry. - Excellent customer service skills - Computer literate - Flexible, assertive, detail oriented and has strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - Can work under - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and is a team player. **Responsibilities**: - Worldwide administration and technical support of Ink map Generation System. - Ensure that hold lots due to wafer map issue shall be released within 24 hours. - Provide solution to manufacturing, subcon and assembly issues involving wafer maps and possible quality concern that IGS is flagging. - Qualifies old and new products to MaxVision Sort Manager. - Create setup maps in SE-PROBE. Ensure that the companys commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed. - Be aware of the companys quality and environmental policies
