Quality Assurance Automation

Role Summary: key expectation & value of the position

IT Quality Assurance Manager who responsible of quality for all applications and services, including usability, functionality, and performance of the responsible domain. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide QA Team Leader with a realistic assessment of the current situation inside responsible projects regarding Quality Assurance and Risk.

• Participate in the review of product requirements and architecture design, analyze the effectiveness of requirements and design, identify relevant risks and guarantee the testability of products.

• Participate in test effect evaluation and software quality verification, and improve test quality and efficiency through innovation of test related processes, strategies, methods and tools

• Manage small set of teams, both permanent and outsourced staffs, to support system integration testing and performance testingand prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously

• Write, Review and EnsureTest Cases, Test Criteria and/or Automated Test Scripts address business and technical use cases: Including Execute of Test Cases Test Scripts during execution period.

• Master at least one of the mainstream automated test tools, such as Appium, selenium, robot framework, etc.

• Work with development teams and release manager to improve the reliability and consistency of production deployment

• Good at teamwork, understanding an adapting to changes, and striving for success based on results and actions.

• Support all IT teams on daily quality matter tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a development and/or testing role

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and software industry standards, including:

  • Common QA tools and best practices

  • Robot Framework (Required)

• Familiarity with banking systems and Agile software development practices is an advantage.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• High attention to detail and a hands-on approach.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
