This position is mainly serving the Wealth 2 UPC segment of the bank in term of product knowledge, process knowledge, concern and coordination between support team and sale team for the complicated issues. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as front line and primary contact person in handling incoming calls for all enquiries and service requests from Wealth 2 UPC customer
  • Work Cross functional with acquire all relevant to deliver service for BA Sales and SCB branch staffs
  • Analyze target Wealth 2 UPC group and planning with banks to achieve goals
  • Contribute and support on Month-end closing period
  • Negotiate on sales event and activities
  • Solve various pending problems after sales
  • Service for follow up all pending cases with BA Sales Representative
Baseline Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience as an insurance or background SME Loan
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
  • Basic knowledge of insurance
  • LIB / IC license
  • Problem Solving, Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to use o use Microsoft Office, Internet
  • Location is in Rayong
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative
