• Bachelor’ degree in Marketing / Business preferred with good business acumen

• Minimum 3 – 5 years hands on E-commerce experience, with demonstrated business success. Multi- channel retail experience is a plus

• 2+ years of experience in leading a team. Experience hiring and developing high-performance teams.

• Fluency in E-commerce best practices and technical environment.

• Experience of project management through platform changes, upgrades, testing and integration of new technology, systems or service providers is a plus.

The primary role of this position requires the ability to strengthen and manage the relationship with marketplaces business and at the same time manage all aspects of business.

• Manage the Marketplace business, driving growth in sales and margins aligned with brand initiatives and PUMAs strategy.
• Take ownership of impactful initiatives and product experiences, contributing to vision, strategy, and process.
• Establish sustainable growth by integrating new marketplaces.
• Challenge existing structures, identify inefficiencies, and optimize the marketplace setup for healthy business expansion.
• Proactively improve Marketplace tactics, operations, enhance customer experience, and maximize ROI.
• Create and drive quality checks for product data, translations, prices, and availability.
• Work collaboratively with sales strategy, data science, and product marketing.
• Monitor KPIs for article onboarding, inventory health, and customer experience.
• Optimize critical dashboards and spreadsheets for key business stakeholders in marketing and sales.
• Utilize analytical and reporting skills to analyze data and influence results.
• Exhibit sound business judgment and a proven ability to influence others.
• Liaise and manage multiple external vendors and internal partners.
• Contribute to further developing partnerships.
• Communicate specifications with internal and key partners, cross-functional teams, including senior management, business development, marketing, merchandising, and project management.
• Assist team members in resolving issues and know when issues should be escalated.
