Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations & Farm Management

  • Manage irrigation and fertilizer at 3 research farms in Lopburi.

  • Oversee nursery operations and yield test operations.

Yield Test Operations

  • Support planter plantings for yield test trials in EPEH-Central.

  • Operate tractors for nursery operations and land preparations.

Tractor Operations

  • High-skilled tractor driving with knowledge of cone planter plantings.

  • Perform tractor driving for nursery operations and land preparations.

Site and Research Operations Support

  • Maintain and repair the office.

  • Collaborate with research scientists and business teams on special projects.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree in agriculture, Biology, Plant Science, or a related field.

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agricultural research or seed technology.

  • Hands-on experience with seed planting, cultivation, and harvesting processes.

  • Familiarity with laboratory and field research methodologies.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using agricultural research equipment and software.

  • Knowledge of seed genetics and breeding techniques.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret research data accurately.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
