Project Coordinator

The project coordinator will be responsible to lead projects related to standardization of existing equipment and localization of new equipment from concept studies to testing, delivery and handover to end user.

Cross functional management is required especially with the Design, Procurement and Production team.

Main tasks will be but not limited to:

• Review and analyze drawing packages and Bill of Materials (BOM) to assess project feasibility

• estimate cost and lead time to build the 1st unit

• Clarify project scope with Sales team and client

• Schedule the work on MS project and monitor cost, time and quality

• Be the main point of contact of the client (internal or external)

• Follow up production and lead equipment testing

• Conduct post-project debriefs to evaluate performance, including cost and lead time assessments for future units

• Be the referent of the standard equipment portfolio and assist in releasing standard equipment for projects managed by other Project Managers (
