Job Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and optimize automatic die bonding machines to ensure precision in die
placement and bonding quality.
  • Perform process monitoring, data analysis, and root cause investigations to improve yield and
reduce defects.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation, machine
parameter adjustments, and reporting.
  • Conduct in-line quality checks and ensure compliance with IPC standards, internal specifications,
and cleanroom protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to implement process improvements
and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate production and process documentation, including shift handovers and
machine log reports. Qualifications and requirements
  • Minimum: Diploma, certificate, or associate degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing, particularly in die
attach processes.
  • Understanding of Die Bonding Equipment: Familiarity with die bonders, including manual, semi-
auto, and fully automated systems.
  • Ability to perform basic setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of machines.
  • Process Knowledge: die attach materials (e.g., epoxy, solder paste, eutectic bonding).
  • Microscope & Visual Inspection Skills: Comfortable working under a microscope for precision
bonding and inspection of die placement.
  • Basic Electronics/Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets, and work
instructions. Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
  • Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • Experience in semiconductor assembly or microelectronics industry.
