We are committed to producing superior NFTs in order to match the expectations of our community. **The Role** Your craft expertise, creativity, and eye for design and illustration will help create evolutionary, trend-setting NFT projects for our users as an NFT Digital Designer. You will be in charge of creating high-quality visuals to support NFT projects and will be expected to push the quality and innovation of project conceptualization. We are looking for a design that can seamlessly transition between 2d illustration, motion graphics, and environment-building. Hard skill sets: 3D design proficiency, 2-5 years working in 3D software, ideally C4D, Maya, Blender, or Unreal engine Aftereffects and Photoshop skills are required, with a bonus if you are familiar with the entire Adobe suite of tools. 3D modeling skills, 3D texturing, and 2D graphic design are preferred but not required. **Responsibilities** - Create and plan effective art pipelines and tooling systems. - Effectively communicate visual concepts to team members and stakeholders. - Collaborative team player who is at ease working alongside artist and designer teams and is open to feedback, both giving and receiving. - Capable of working independently to achieve specific creative goals - Deliver creative designs on time to meet project deadlines. - Collaborate with the art director to create the overall creative direction of each project and its assets (art style, character development, tone, etc). - Provide NFTs with high-quality illustrated works (2d and/or 3d) that meet the creative strategy. - Character design, environmental design, and prop design for NFT projects are examples of concept design and art asset production. - Prototype and iterate on ideas based on team feedback - Collaborate with other artists and programmers to complete projects on time and to the creative directors standards **Qualification** - 3+ years of work experience in Concept Art or Visual Development for games, animation, media, or other relevant industries - Solid knowledge of illustration, concept/design, storytelling, and animation, as well as a thorough understanding of the creative development process - Demonstrate your ability to paint or draw in a variety of styles. - Experience throughout motion graphics, illustration, animation, or 2D/CG production - Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and any other 2D/3D software or video production tools are required. - Decent knowledge of NFT would be a plus point - in adaptability to a wide range of art styles - Individual who is a strong communicator, independent, and driven - Spirit of collaboration and humility - Flexibility and open-mindedness - Highly inquisitive and inventive - Knowledge of and interest in cryptocurrency and the NFT space is advantageous. **Salary**: ฿28,000.00 - ฿40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelors Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - NFT: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred)
