PRTRs IT Team is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join one of our international clients based in Chonburi. Youll be supporting a new office set up and laying the IT foundation required. Youll be coordinating with regional teams to roll out IT initiatives and projects in Thailand. **Responsibilities** - Being responsible for Regional IT coordination, IT standards, policies, and project rollouts. - Handling IT roll-out localization. - Establishing and driving the continuous improvement of standard IT Practices and Governance. - Managing network settings, maintenance, and optimization of IT service system. - Providing strategic recommendations to management based on market trends and best practices. - Driving process improvements and ensuring that process or procedure changes are documented or communicated. - Implementing long-term improvements and enhancements. - Working with the vendor for operation and project delivery. - Reviewing and implementing innovative technologies to improve business processes. **Qualifications** - 5-8 years of experience gained from managing IT systems and project implementations. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and people skills. - Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, and a good team leader. - Good command of verbal and written English. - Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or any related disciplines. - Good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
