The CoolSculpting ASM is responsible for building and leading business unit in the market in line with International and country business goals and objectives. Leads Sales of System and ensures that the sales align with International Strategies and meet financial, compliance and organizational requirements. Demonstrate inspiring leadership and develop future Commercial leaders. Work collaborative and cross-functionally across the affiliates. Is accountable for CoolSculpting product launch and commercial performance. Provides management, insight, and leadership to maximize business return. Maintains professional and partnership interactions with KOLs. Promotes a professional and positive image of the company and products. - Education and Experience: - BA Degree required, MBA preferable - Aesthetic Industry experience is strongly desired, ideally in the capital equipment or equipment industry - Experience and proven successful track record in sales management roles in the Medical Aesthetic Industry in & Medical Device and ideally Capital Equipment would be a benefit Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials): - Work experience in multi-national company, understand the complexity of organization - Work experience in project sales. - Strong team, leadership, planning and written/verbal communication skills - Achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base. products using effective communication and sales techniques. - Good presentation skill is needed. Able to conduct and set up the meeting with group of clients (HCP). - Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of the companys products, and how they fulfill the needs of the customer. - Coordinate with sales team to maximize the selling and business opportunities available to them to drive market share growth of currently promoted Allergan products. - Develop effective selling skills and account management skills in line with country strategy - Drive collaborative working across the CoolSculpting and the Medical Aesthetics and KAM teams to maximize the potential of portfolio sales. - Coordinating with PDM to Set SMART objectives for developing individual PDM account objectives and help develop of territory strategy that will drive market share growth - Develop personal development and training plans in line with agreed objectives set at the start of each year - Encourage the sharing of best practice and problem solving business issues, between teams, to foster an environment of enthusiasm and positive team spirit. - Ensure all sales force actions/activities/data recording meet local regulatory codes of promotional practice and Allergan SOPs. and develop, deliver and review appropriate training regularly and as appropriate Behaviors: - Excellent people skills - Proven ability to perform under pressure and remain positive and motivated - Proven selling skills - Significant Key Account Management skills & experience (M) - Excellent relationship building qualities (External & Internal) - Managing positively upwards and downwards - Working in cross-functional & matrix teams - Use own initiative - Planning and prioritizing - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Commercial acumen in seeking opportunities to grow the business
