ลักษณะงาน Job Description

  • Create accurate construction documents using AutoCAD
  • Develop detailed drawings for woodwork and storefronts
  • Coordinate with the project team to meet project deadlines and maintain clear communication throughout the design process.
  • Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, local building codes, and project requirements.
  • Continuously review and revise drawings based on feedback and project developments.

  • Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsperson, with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail build-outs or related fields.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or/and Revit, 3D max
  • Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards and practices
  • Ability to create accurate and detailed construction drawings
  • Familiarity with architectural plans, elevations, sections, and technical details
  • Understanding of construction documentation and how to put a complete drawing set together
  • Attention to detail and precision in drawing and dimensioning
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with architects and other team members
  • Proficient in managing and organizing CAD files and project documentation
