Intern Iii (Evaporation Process - Pvd)

**About our group**: Process Development and Integration (PDI) is developing HAMR (Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) and at the same time, extending the current HDD technology, perpendicular magnetic recording (PMR). Our group mainly focus on developing cleanroom processes, e.g. photolithography as well as high vacuum sputtering deposition, evaporation and etching processes. Our team is developing new slider processes or technology to meet future product roadmap requirements. **About the role - you will**: - Be responsible for evaporation process development to meet new product roadmap requirements - Continuous improvement on current evaporation processes in terms of OEE (overall equipment efficiency), performance and capability. - Plan & execute experiment to develop rework process. Internship **About you**: - Capable of doing presentation on development work performed. - Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment - Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization and presentation skills - Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update - Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written **Your experience includes**: - Willing to learn or possess good knowledge of Six Sigma - Having a good understanding of process development **Location**: Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with almost 20,000 employees.
