Delivery Product Owner

Agile-based digital product development. International Software House, 22+ Nationalities. The PARQ, MRT Queen Sirikit, Bangkok. The Product Owner is key in an agile-based digital product development context. The Product Owner is responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, and the development team, to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives. The Product Owner acts as a bridge between the clients product owner and the development team with a value-based delivery approach. A senior profile is required because the product owner will oversee multiple international projects and products. The product owner will work with the development team so that the value of the product can be maximised. **Responsiblities**: The Product Owner is also accountable for effective Product Backlog management, which includes: Defining the product vision and that the vision is aligned with business objectives. Defining and documenting product goals and clearly communicating with customers, stakeholders, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear. Creating, managing and clearly communicating Product Backlog items, ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood. Prioritising Product Backlog items. Overseeing and take ownership of all product development stages alongside the Scrum product team. Acting as a primary liaison, being the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams. Taking a primary role in inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration. Attend essential daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the Scrum product team and key stakeholders to stay up-to-date with progress and planning. Coordinating with and assisting the Scrum product development team in order to meet the agreed objectives of each sprint. Strategize and present product solutions and ideas to key stakeholders. Become the single trusted point of contact between product teams and key stakeholders. Providing timely product status and planning updates to end-consumers, clients, key stakeholders and keeping them involved with roadmap changes. Rapport on the progress of the team performance and completion of deliverables. Track and manage issues and risks related to the teams deliverables. Document and manage key decisions impacting the teams work. Track the deliverables against contracts and plans. **Required skills and experiences**: Good command of written and spoken English. 4+ years experience working in an Agile Team as a Product Owner. Experience working with international clients. Self-starter with ability to work independently and to prioritise work. Ability to write/split/resize requirements in a story format with efficient acceptance criteria. Track record in digital product development. Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and their real-world execution. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Outstanding communication skills.
