Morphosis is currently looking for a skilled UX Researcher to join our research division. This UX Researcher will be tasked with working closely with clients/stakeholders, their potential users, and the Morphosis team to gather critical insights into the needs of the business and users. This information will be utilized by the project team to set UX strategy and craft the appropriate solution to deliver value to customers. We are looking for someone dynamic, energetic, and willing to help clients create meaningful experiences for their users. Identify pain points of the business, stakeholders, and potential users. Translate research findings into initial requirements for project stakeholders. Create discussion guides, research methodology, and execution of research plans. Collect and analyze user behaviors to further product improvement. Conduct user research and concept and usability testing, including gathering feedback. Understand product specifications, user psychology, and digital experience innovation and creativity. Create ideas and features to differentiate projects from competitor products and services. Work with multidisciplinary experience design and business cross-functional teams. Thai Nationality. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Good comprehension of design processes and systems. Fluent in English. Have a practical, hands-on understanding of user-centered design methodologies. Able to collaborate with various teams and work independently. Curious and eager to learn and share knowledge with team members. Possessing high-level analytical thinking skills.
