Welcome to Bosch. This site is the **integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center**. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. **Manufacturing Plant**:The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. **R&D Center**: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. **Job Description**: **Key responsibilities**: Manage and control all resources in shop floor by daily to achieve the target. - Follow daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to direct employees - Manage and Control of daily production based on the defined targets (OEE, Productivity, IDC, Delivery, OT, 0-Safety, KPR/KPI internal) - Co-operate with cross-functional team to full-fill the production volume and achieve SQCD target - Troubleshooting analyzing root causes of failures and solving them, if necessary, suggestion of improvements. - Review and Proof Production data record (M/C check sheet, 5S, Tool life, 4M, Parameter and so on). - Leading people to follow the standards to fulfil BPS requirement on the shop floor (Point CIP, SMC, LPC, 14Q Basics, 4M, QAM, FMEA-Linewalk) - Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance and calibrations. - Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures/ Maintain skill matrix and coordinate proper trainings - Leading of shopfloor production meeting (Component area, Main assembly, Final assembly and audit room) - Keep and maintain the plant standards in shopfloor (Safety, 5s, BPS, Pull principle, ISO14001, IATF16949 and ect.) - Manage dHC (Vacations, leaves, absenteeism) - Advise direct associate for small improvement activity **Qualifications**: **Educational **Background**: - Bachelors Degree or above **Qualifications**: - High level of English and can communicate in Japanese - Year Experience as a Leader position in automation field and also prefer in Japanese communication - Technical / Methodological / Process / Product Competences - Problem Solving Skills - Quality Mindset - Leadership Skills - Social Competences - Systematic Thinking - Entrepreneurial Mindset - Functional Competence - Soft skill Additional Information **Your future job offers you** Housing allowance, company shuttle, free lunch, provident fund, medical benefits, OPD, IPD, dental benefits, performance bonus, service year reward, insurance, diligent allowance, marriage allowance, new born gift, oversea allowance, etc. **Make it happen** Interested applicants are invited to submit your CV, current & expected salary, and contact information. **Follow us on Facebook : Bosch Thailand Career
