Be part of something bigger with Chromalloy. **Job Description**: **_ Summary:_**_ _It is the responsibility of this position is to manage regional aftermarket sales activity for the LM2500+/+G4 & LM6000 Aeroderivative market within Asia. Position requires driving new business sales and creating synergy across organizational boundaries within an integrated operating model. Support of the IGT sales team will also be an integral part of this role. **_ Primary Accountabilities: _** - Personally develops and executes the sales strategy to develop new business to meet all sales goals. - Develops a comprehensive and long-term oriented understanding of all regional supply chain opportunities and risks. - Provides regional account and competitive intelligence to the SBUs, product/program owners and the operating units. - Develop potential business solutions through partnerships, risk/revenue sharing relationships and joint ventures to expand Chromalloys market and account penetration. **_ Challenges:_** - This is a key sales position within the SBU organizational structure. Establishing trust and credibility across the operating units and supporting corporate functions will be a key success factor. - Gaining traction on new business opportunities in lightly penetrated markets or accounts in the face of more established competition and/or a limited product portfolio. - Developing key executive-level relationships with customers that will drive larger, more strategic sales opportunities and shorter sales cycles. - Developing, managing and leveraging key internal relationships mostly from afar is critical for success. **_ Competencies:_** - Drive for Results - Steadfastly pushed self and others for results - Conflict Management - Can find common ground and get cooperation with the minimum of noise - Interpersonal Savvy - Build constructive and effective relationships, uses diplomacy and tact - Commercial Acumen - Strong customer focus and keen awareness and understanding of customer needs/expectations.
