Design 10 20 70 Learning solution for people capability enhancement and customize for business growth. Develop learning evaluation method and analyze the result for improvement. **Responsibilities**: Understand the background, objectives, outcomes and target group of training course. Survey and analysis the needs and requirements for learning development. Collaborate with and manage institutional partners and internal experts, such as advisor teams and SMEs, to co-design and ensure the quality and timely delivery of content, methodology, and program. Create a comprehensive pre-post assessment for analyzing various dimensions. Develop assessment to support and analyst learning effectiveness and gather feedback on learning content and make revisions to improve the effectiveness. Conduct and facilitate the end-to-end learning program both online & offline. Keep abreast of emerging learning and development tools, and the best practice to drive innovation the training approaches. **Qualifications**: Bachelor/Master degree with experienced in HRD is a must and for Assistant Manager level is required at least 7 years of working experience. (Required G.P.A. > 2.70 for Bachelor and G.P.A. > 3.30 for Master). Good command of English (TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31). Knowledge of L&D Interventions/Solutions, HRD, HRM Process & System and SCGP Business Acumen. Have a skill of Self-organized and highly commit to target,Logical & conceptual Thinking. Good Communication skill. Inter-personal Teamwork & Collaboration. **Job skills required**: Teamwork
