**Job Role Responsibilities**: - Purchase goods and services on spot basis for various production sites and business lines in Thailand or Asia Pacific countries - Conduct market research, gain commercial data for negotiation of pricing and general terms & conditions - Interact extensively with external suppliers and internal clients on clarification of specifications, delivery issues and other queries - Handle Purchase Order maintenance for processed orders (e.g. update PO text, update delivery date, etc.) - Become SAP system expert for Acquisition process - Liaise with Strategic Buyer regarding project purchases and potential bundles including interfacing with Inventory management group and procurement associates - Design and implement the improved work process to increase work efficiency and/or support Global and local initiatives **Required Skills and Knowledge** - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Admin or Supply Chain with strong academic background - Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+ - Negotiation skill - SAP knowledge and Procurement background is a plus
