**The Role**: If you are a Senior Project Manager with expertise in project implementation, project engineering, construction management, or asset development with exposure/ knowledge in Trading and Supply, then this role is for you. **Where you fit in** Shell Trading & Supply (T&S) Organization manages the trading, supply, distribution, and shipping business within the Shell Group. T&S Operations manage the associated worldwide distribution network with a global portfolio of assets. You will be accountable to the Regional Projects Lead (East) to manage the Thailand portfolio front-end development projects by leveraging the Project Management Framework (PMF) and T&S ODM (Opportunity Delivery Manual) as a tool from early concept identification and selection through definition and subsequent submission of the Investment Proposal (IP) before continuing or supported by project team in execution until the handover of facilities to Operation team. **Whats the role?** You will serve as a champion of the process to drive maximum opportunity value by supporting the business to ensure “the right project” and “doing the project right”. Be responsible to plan, drive, steer, track and proactively monitor the execution of the capital portfolio (small/medium projects) and major CAPEX projects to assist the T&S business in delivering the CAPEX plan. Process assurance would be also assigned as a lead to support other engineers. Provide leadership and oversight of the T&S CAPEX Program (mainly for his/her assigned cluster/countries) which includes yearly Capex Planning, monthly performance reviews, and monthly variance reporting to ensure risks are understand and properly managed. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) has the overall accountability in his/her portfolio for the following: - Deliver the project on time, on cost, on quality and safely. In particular, the expectation is to deliver the project achieving Goal Zero, leading the required safety culture within the project organization implementing all the requirements of the TSO Construction safety Program, under the coordination of the P&T Downstream Project safety Team.More specifically, you will be entrusted with the following: - Raise the process and tool changes requests and ensuring their transition and communication smoothly. - Champion the work process within assigned countries and/or cluster by communicating its performance, the accomplishments, the success stories, and the challenges that remain. - Provide the appropriate program/project management tools and techniques to the business to enable successful project development and execution.- Drive ODM with a robust project assurance and controls strategy - Support utilizing the EFA/GFA and providing an assistance to the assigned countries/cluster.- Execute as Project Manager to large CAPEX projects and as major Project Engineer to the assigned major CAPEX projects. - Ensure the appropriate challenges on project management (cost, timing, and technical design) of assigned projects are executed throughout the project lifecycle.- Be a member of Project Lead Team that manages the Contract Services Team that consists of Project Engineers, Project Services Team and Design Centre. - Be the custodian of Contractor management plan and contracts to deploy the appropriate consultant/contractor on program and/or project-by-project basis. - Drive the project execution to achieve CAPEX projects program through tracking, analysis, and interventional support. - Develop and manage the regional and/or local EPCM Consultant so to provide appropriately and sufficiently to respective assigned countries/cluster while ensuring an alignment to Global and Regional direction. - Support coordinating, clarifying, challenging, and developing the Project Development Request for Asset Integrity projects for the assigned countries and cluster. - Support developing Multi-Year AI Strategic Plan and Capex Execution Planning (assurance package, budget phasing, engineering service provider plan, bidding bundling, etc.) for the assigned countries and cluster. - Be the Focal Point and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GSAP-Project Management. **What we need from you** We hope to find as many of the following in your CV: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, with 8+ years of Project Engineering experience. - 5+ years of experience in, Terminals, Pipeline, Refinery and/or Petrochemical Plant Engineering / Maintenance. - Experience in design engineering and site safety management is a must. - A practical working knowledge of terminals, process equipment, DEPS and general project procedures is required. - Demonstrated strong proven project/program management skills especially in managing numerous concurrent small projects are essential. Experience in major or large projects and an oversea project is a plus. - Reasonable familiarity with GSAP is required. GSAP-PS is a plus.
