Join our team and help us build Southeast Asias next unicorn. **Your Challenge** - The Seller Acquisition will be responsible for hunting potential Maknet Marketplace by pitching and negotiating a broad range of deals with potential sellers to join Maknet. - The Seller Acquisition should have ability to identify channel for seeking potential seller in various channel such as shop walk-in, Facebook, IG or line - Incubate the newly acquired sellers to ensure potential growth for the new sellers. - Able to coordinate with cross functional team to drive seller growth, identify issues and follow up on solutions. - Research and understand market insight to determine industry and consumer trend under assigned category in order to deliver a strategic planning and execution for seller hunting and incubation activities - A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to drive deals closure in a new business environment - The Seller Acquisition should be proactive in building/defining customized negotiation/pitching strategy with the key sellers/brands they will acquire. - Online Sales experience at a major online company is a plus. **Requirements**: - 1-4 years of experience - Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong analytical abilities - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Fluent Thai, and excellent written and spoken English skills - Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person. **Benefits** **Health Insurance **- At Maknet, we care about your health!
