In the **Customer Success Executive** role, youd be responsible for creating a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and ensure a successful onboarding process to StoreHub platform. You dont need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we dont!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, were looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself. ### Requirements **What you will do**: - Manage merchants customer journey towards the adoption of StoreHub platform. - Walk merchants through the creation of StoreHub accounts, training, and account activation. - Be the expert in sharing knowledge with merchants in their learning journey and exploration of features that they deem useful. - Assess and facilitate a customers readiness to start using the StoreHub platform. - Share opportunities with merchants to level up their business through StoreHub. - Ability to converse and write professionally in Thai and English is a must. **How you will need to be**: - Extremely passionate in helping merchants be successful through product adoption. - Highly curious in asking the right questions to get to the root cause of an issue. - Able to pick up technical concepts and information, quickly. - Able to pitch feature benefits with conviction and clarity. - A relentless determination to help onboard merchants as effectively as possible. - Comfortable engaging different types of merchants from mom and pop stores all the way to C-level executives.
